We need to establish reliable morning rituals if we want to develop strong personalities. Establishing a consistent morning routine can facilitate your day.
Journaling and meditation go hand in hand, in my opinion. I began meditation because I wanted to have a quiet mind, and it was the hardest to achieve. Because a lot of ideas, emotions, and memories from the past began to surface when I was sitting for meditation. I therefore begin my practice by journaling intuitively and then moving on to meditation. I sit and meditate once I have written what I want to write in my journal and nothing more. It has taken a while to develop this practice. I have meditated for a little more than ten years and kept a notebook for the last five years.
